Artistic opening at retail outlet

york’s McArthurGlen retail outlet continues its mission to bring high-end but affordable consumer goods to the masses, with the opening of a new art gallery.

Whitehall Atelier will display original paintings and limited-edition prints from award-winning artists such as Bruno Tinucci, Doug Hyde and Danielle O’Connor Akiyama.

Elizabeth Taylor, of parent company Whitewall Galleries, said: “Art is something that should be accessible to everyone rather, than being an unaffordable luxury to many.
