Beal Homes' new sites worth £30m

Hull-based Beal Homes has acquired three sites with a development value of more than £30m.

The new sites are at Walkington near Beverley; Kingswood Parks, Hull; and in the village of Nettleham near Lincoln.

Beal Homes' new site in the East Riding village of Walkington has been acquired from Bishop Burton College.

Beal has planning approval for five large detached properties, which will be the first to be built as part of its new Signature homes brand. Bishop Burton College Principal Jeanette Dawson said: "We are delighted that Beal Homes were successful in their bid to purchase land from the college as we are always keen to work with and support other local businesses."
