Headland Media was formed in 2008 as part of a management buy-out from Sky.

Customers include retail chains, business aircraft, merchant shipping fleets, military units, cruise line companies, super yachts, luxury resorts, city hotels, safari camps, gyms and business travellers.

Headland was advised on the deal by law firm Schofield Sweeney, which has offices in Leeds and Bradford.

Earlier this year, Schofield Sweeney also advised Headland on its 3.5m re-financing by Yorkshire Bank.
