Bronco marks 10 years with new office

DIGITAL agency Bronco has invested £125,000 in a move to new offices as it celebrates 10 years in business.

The Ripon-based firm, which specialises in web design, development and search engine optimisation, was founded by husband and wife team Becky and Dave Naylor in 2003. It has moved to a new building within the Phoenix Business Centre, having previously been based at another building on the estate.

Over the last decade, the company, which currently has an annual turnover of £1.5m, has seen its workforce of four expand to a team of 18. Bronco said that it decided to move offices to a workspace “specifically designed to inspire the team and encourage a positive, creative working environment and atmosphere”.

Over a 12-week building programme, the office space was stripped back to its bare shell, with the ceiling lifted and open structural steelwork put in place.

The office has been designed in “an ultra-modern” style, with an open computer workspace for all members of staff, a ‘shed’ style meeting room and relaxation area with cubic furniture.

Mrs Naylor, director of client services at Bronco, said: “We’re hugely excited about the new offices, and having only been in there a number of weeks, we’ve already seen a really positive change in the team who love their new surroundings.”

She added: “The new office, coupled with our 10-year anniversary, means that this year is an incredibly exciting one for us.”
