A Cherry Sensual world
ALEX Raistrick has gone from apprentice to company director in just two years after launching a start-up selling lingerie online with his friend Jasbir Singh.
Cherry Sensual, which the pair run from their homes in Bradford, launched two weeks ago.
Mr Raistrick started a communications and marketing apprenticeship with Yorkshire Water at the age of 18. Now, aged 20, he is working as a digital assistant for the utility, alongside running Cherry Sensual. Mr Singh, who also worked at Yorkshire Water, has now left the company to focus on the venture full time.
Mr Raistrick said: “It’s fantastic being a director at 20 years of age. Running my own business is something I always wanted to do and now I feel I’m living the dream.”
