Chesterfield tech firm eBECS sold to US firm for undisclosed sum

eBECS, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner delivering Total Microsoft Business Solutions and Managed Services that help customers digitally transform their businesses, has operations across the United Kingdom & Ireland, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, America and Canada.

It will be integrated into DXC’s Microsoft practice, adding scale to the American firm’s Digital Transformation strategy.

Technology advisrory and investment firm GP Bullhound helped with the sale.

The deal is GP Bullhound’s eigth transaction in 2018, including the sale of Fjord to Accenture and Infinigate to HIG Capital.
