Croda chief sees remuneration nearly halve in 2014
REMUNERATION: The chief executive of Croda plc saw his total remuneration fall by 45 per cent last year, latest accounts have revealed.
The specialty chemicals manufacturer said Steve Foots’ total remuneration was £769,000 in 2014, compared to £1.42m in 2013.
Croda said no annual bonus was earned for 2014 performance against the challenging targets set.
