Discover Leisure sells freehold site

Caravan company Discover Leisure has sold its freehold property at Hewish, near Weston super Mare.

Trading activity at this and six other freehold properties ceased in May 2009 following the restructuring exercise accompanying the Company Voluntary Arrangement.

The proceeds from these disposals are being used to reduce the outstanding balance of the 5m asset disposal loan due to NatWest.
