Finance directors shortlisted for awards

some of Yorkshire’s top finance directors have been shortlisted for the FDs’ Excellence Awards 2011.

James Duncan Chisholm, chief financial officer at Sheffield-based British Glass Manufacturers’ Confederation, has made the shortlist for the Young FD of the Year award, alongside Neil Warman, the chief commercial finance officer at HML in Skipton. This category recognises outstanding FDs under the age of 40.

Philip Screeton, chief financial officer at Leeds-based Lowell Group, and Neil Maskrey, chief financial officer at Sheffield Forgemasters International, are both up for the Private Company FD of the Year award, which highlights unquoted finance directors with exemplary qualities.
