Get advice from the entrepreneurs

FOR Entrepreneurs Only (FEO), a group of East Yorkshire entrepreneurs, has announced that it will be holding a series of free and informal business advice clinics at The University of Hull’s Enterprise Centre.

The clinics will take place once a month and will be delivered by FEO members to help local entrepreneurs discuss how to make new business ideas a reality or take their business to the next level.

The first clinic will be held on September 26 – 1pm to 5pm – followed by a clinic on October 31 and November 28. The University of Hull’s Enterprise Centre on Cottingham Road is providing a meeting room free of charge for the clinics.

Antony Eltherington, leader of FEO’s Getting Started sub group, said: “We hope that our business advice clinics will be popular with the local business community and attract a lot of interest.

“They will allow local entrepreneurs to gain insight and advice on how to break down any barriers they face plus one to one time to discuss any new business ideas. We have decided that the clinics should be informal to allow people to sound ideas in a relaxed environment during 45-minute sessions.

“The clinics are open to anyone including entrepreneurs who have just launched a new business or people with new business ideas. Our members are looking forward to the clinics and passing on some of the knowledge they have gained over the years.”
