GVA Grimley secures international deal

The Leeds and London teams at GVA Grimley identified a site for Fabory Group's new 67,000 sq ft warehouse and office facilities in Brno, Czech Republic.

The Leeds building team is project monitoring the nine-month build programme and the London International team is negotiating the terms and structure of the lease with the landlord and developer.

The new multi-million pound warehouse will help Fabory Group's expansion plan, which includes the launch of 45 new shops per year across Europe during the next two to three years.

Fabory Group distributes fastening materials, systems and tools for the whole industry for production and repair and maintenance purposes. It has 85 shops across 15 countries, several warehouses across the world and employs a team of more than 1,600.
