Hainsworth wraps up Harrods deal
Textile mill Hainsworth has signed a deal with Harrods to supply the department store with its luxury blankets.
The woollen blankets and throws, which form part of its lifestyle range, Scarlet & Argent, are created using techniques which date back to 1783 when the company, based in Pudsey, Leeds, first began weaving wool.
Managing director Tom Hainsworth, who is the seventh generation of his family to run the business, said: “Harrods is synonymous with luxury and great design so we are delighted to be showcasing Scarlet & Argent there.
“Only the finest natural materials are used in every Scarlet & Argent blanket and throw and every piece is impeccably finished.”
