No.12 Greek Street in Leeds, formerly Aquis House, underwent a transformation following its acquisition by London-based investment company Ricsion from Northumberland Estates in 2015.
The three companies moving into the building are ECSC, Troup Bywaters and Anders, and Pegasus Agriculture, who have taken a total of 3,577 sq ft. Rents are in the region of £22 per sq ft.
Knight Frank and Carter Towler brokered the deals.

They are a superb endorsement of the quality of the refurbishment which has created a truly sought-after product in a size bracket that is traditionally characterised by inferior accommodation.”
She added: “It’s modern, fashionable aesthetic sets it apart from its competitors. The new occupiers will enjoy a building which enhances, encourages and rewards the hard work of employees, offering a wonderful office environment to meet, entertain and develop ideas with clients.”
Phil Shopland-Reed, of Carter Towler, added: “Pegasus Agriculture loved the clean lines and modern feel to the offices which will provide an attractive environment for the company. The provision of small power and plug-and-play data were also a large draw of the building.”
The Lost & Found restaurant, part of the Revere Pub Company, which is a division of Marstons, has also opened on the ground floor.
