HQ move the next chapter for Last Cawthra

Law firm Last Cawthra Feather has announced plans to relocate its headquarters following a busy 12 months for the firm.

The company has been at its current premises on Sunbridge Road in Bradford since 1999 and will move into the new 11,000 sq ft offices at One St James Business Park in Bradford before the end of the year.

Over the past 12 months LCF, which employs 80 staff and also has offices in Leeds and Ilkley, has increased its profits after reducing its costs by 13.4 per cent whilst increasing turnover by 3.3 per cent.

Simon Stell, managing partner at LCF, said: “Over the last 18 months we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in the economy with all our departments, covering both commercial and personal issues, across our three offices experiencing growth and winning new business. Signing the lease on One St James Business Park marks the start of an important chapter for LCF.”

Knight Frank advised LCF on the deal.
