Hull firm secures properties including Taco Bell and Dominos on behalf of investor
The properties comprise Phase One of the £12m Stockwell Gateway development in Mansfield, built by the ARBA Property Group on the site of a former bus station.
The developer has invested millions of pounds into projects in the retail, commercial, and leisure sectors across Yorkshire and the Midlands in recent years.

“This project has been a significant regeneration of this area of Mansfield, becoming a focal point and one which is intended as a catalyst for future growth and investment, which is obviously beneficial for our client."
The investment, for a family Trust, follows a similar previous acquisition by Garness Jones for the same client last year, building upon a long-term relationship.
Work began on the Stockwell Gateway development in 2021.
The occupiers of the investment also include Canadian restaurant chain Tim Hortons.

Hide AdGarness Jones’ Commercial Property Management team have also been instructed to manage the properties.
The firm is part of the Garness Group, which oversees three successful property businesses, all operating independently.

The Stockwell Gateway site will eventually see a hotel built alongside the three restaurants.

Hide AdARBA’s proposals to develop the former bus station were accepted in November of 2020 by Mansfield District Council’s Planning Committee.
The plans also include a car park and imprived pedestrian links to the local Four Seasons Shopping Centre.
