Insight With Passion agency take their experience to the shop floor

THE founders of business transformation agency Insight With Passion have been asked to lend their expertise on shop floors to a major interiors exhibition.

Richard Gomersall and Kate Hardcastle will appear at Interiors 2011, believed to be Britain's largest trade interiors exhibition.

The pair, who have worked in industries as diverse as supermarkets, fashion and funeral care, will give a talk on "retail theatre" and how it has been adopted by firms including Nike, Land Rover and John Lewis.

The session will describe how retail firms can change the look, feel and service offered in-store in order to transform their sales and increase their footfall and profit.

IWP has already worked with businesses in fashion, interiors, memorials and funerals and the spa industry and retail. It opened in Birstall in West Yorkshire last year after starting in Chester in 2009.

Two of the higher-profile businesses with which it has worked are Frank Hudson, the Buckinghamshire-based upmarket bed-maker, and Gone Too Soon, the memorial website on which people can pay tribute to their loved ones, as well as celebrities such as Malcolm McClaren.

The firm has also worked with developers who revamp town centres.
