IT services company expands its team

Ross Devine and Matt Livesey have both joined the company from recruitment business The Interim Register, where they previously held the respective posts of head of IT and technical support engineer.

Their appointments follow a period of growth for virtualDCS which has seen it win clients in the legal, financial, energy and recruitment sectors.

VirtualDCS provides IT services using "cloud computing". Its services enable companies to transfer information from servers based in the office to secure data centres so it can be accessed remotely over the internet. VirtualDCS director Richard May said: "Demand for our cloud hosting and disaster recovery services is increasing dramatically."
