Just Car Clinics acquires rival

The company, which is based in Goole, bought a Keighley business for 50,000, representing plant and equipment, goodwill, stock and work in progress.

The business employs 19 team members and operates from a 10,000 square foot facility which will be occupied under a 15 year lease.

This acquisition continues Just Car Clinics' expansion strategy. It now operates from a network of 26 locations throughout England.

Chief executive Barry Whittles said: "The addition of the new Keighley site, which was supported by key corporate clients, continues our strategy of growing our repair network whilst remaining focused on delivering excellent service and local care to all our customers on a consistent basis."
