Justin Webb, the BBC Today programme presenter, reprises his role as master of ceremonies with the Archbishop of York John Sentamu will be delivering a timely speech about the responsibility of business in society.

Above all, next Wednesday evening’s dinner promises to be a celebration of the excellent work by Yorkshire businesses over the last 12 months.

Sir Gary Verity, chief executive of Welcome to Yorkshire and last year’s individual winner, said the awards help to create “a strong and positive profile” for the region.
