Knight Knox starts work on £4.7m student flats
Property investment firm Knight Knox has started work on a £4.7m student accommodation development in York.
Rathmell Hall on George Hudson Street, which will have 63 studio apartments, is the Manchester-based company’s first York-based luxury student accommodation development.
The 13,953 sq ft development, which is due for completion later this year, will include a gym, cinema room and on-site laundry facilities. The development will be let and managed by PRIMO Property Management and constructed by Colbre Projects. Forshaw Land and Property Group will act as developer for the scheme.
