New lettings secured at Junction 27

HOME FURNISHING retailers Multiyork and Betta Living are the latest names to move into a Yorkshire retail park.

The pair have signed 15 year leases with UK Commercial Property Trust for two new units, totalling 9,967 sq ft, at Junction 27 in Birstall, West Yorkshire. The spaces were created through the subdivision of the former Comet store after it went into administration in 2013.

Multiyork sells sofas and interiors, whilst Betta Living sells kitchens, fitted bedrooms, and bathrooms. The combined deals will increase the park’s income by £449,730 per annum.
