Hide AdCraig Burrow, director of Leeds for Bruntwood, said the finished building, which is expected to be ready for occupation by mid-2013, would provide office space to suit all business sizes, including serviced office space.
He said the firm was talking to a number of potential occupiers and is working with Network Rail to achieve the necessary approvals required to start on site early next year.
Mr Burrow added: “City House will benefit from meticulous design, precision craftsmanship and the highest quality materials to ensure it impresses on every level. The building will be priced to appeal to a wide range of occupiers and our aim is to develop vibrant and well-functioning places that create the right environments for our customers to succeed.”
