New tenants boost for city offices

A RECRUITMENT firm and an electronic payment systems tester are the latest tenants to move into a refurbished city-centre office building.

Blackrock Executive has moved into a 1,715 sq ft office on a five-year lease at Minerva House, in Leeds, while Iliad Solutions, which works with the world’s leading banks, retailers and card-payment schemes to test all components of electronic payment systems, has signed up for 2,037 sq ft on a five-year term.

An additional floor of the 58,000 sq ft building, based on East Parade, is under offer.
