Andie Hannam has joined the customer services team, finance assistant Madeleine Middlemas supports the board as part of the finance team; and fulfilment assistant Victoria Madeley has taken a role in despatch.

David Ross, managing director of Baildon-based Keycare, said: “As a ‘people champion’ who invests substantially in time and money in attracting and developing high calibre, dedicated and talented people our challenge is to continue to seek out top talent to complement our existing out-performing team. We take pride in the fact that our staff turnover is very low – over 90 per cent of employees have been with us for four years or more.”
