£200,000 housing deal

Pinder Landscapes has bought five housing plots in East Yorkshire in a deal worth £200,000.

The plots, in Burton Fleming, were bought by the Filey-based developer from the administrators of a building company which had gone into liquidation.

York-based accountancy firm Hunter Gee Holroyd secured a £70,000 loan from property lender Bridging Finance, based in Manchester, which supplemented Pinder’s own funds. The overall value of the Pinder Landscapes Burton Fleming project is £750,000.

Dave Pinder, managing director of Pinder Landscapes, said: “We are already building on the site and hope to have the first house ready for sale in January.”
