The company started as a traditional creative services agency specialising in design and print, but now offers a full suite of marketing skills, including digital, strategic planning and media buying.

Its client portfolio includes organisations such as Saint-Gobain Glass, Polypipe and Carl Kammerling International.

Steve Beaumont, new business director at Rare Creative Group, said: “Digital and strategic marketing skills have significantly grown in demand and the market is becoming more challenging. Rare’s continued commitment to evolve its business model in order to meet these new demands has undoubtedly led to our growing success.

“When I look back on how much the team here has grown over the years, especially in the current economic climate, I feel very proud.
