RSM Tenon's trading meets expectations

BUSINESS advisers RSM Tenon Group today reported that it had continued to perform in line with expecations.

The company acquired RSM Bentley Jennison in December 2009 to form RSM Tenon.

The merged Yorkshire operation has 17m turnover and employs more than 200 staff.

In a trading update, the company said: "The recovery service line has again achieved strong organic growth levels of over 20 per cent on the corresponding period to December 31 2008 and the board remains confident of the prospect of expansion in the second half of the year.

"The full integration of RSM Bentley Jennison into the group's operations has commenced with significant progress expected to be made before the group's financial year end.

"The board remains confident of opportunities to enhance earnings through revenue and cost synergies, to grow the enlarged business and to improve margins."
