The senior Miliband to guest at YIBC
Former Foreign Secretary David Miliband has been announced as the latest speaker to join an illustrious line-up at the Yorkshire International Business Convention (YIBC) 2013.
Mr Milliband will share the spotlight with the former CEO of Tesco, Sir Terry Leahy, TV professor Brian Cox and six-time Paralympic gold medallist David Weir at the YIBC 2013, which is due to be held on Friday, June 7 at the Bridlington Spa.
Paul Sewell, YIBC stalwart and master of ceremonies for the event, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to announce David Miliband as the latest addition to the YIBC line-up. David is one of the country’s most respected politicians, he was at the heart of New Labour from the early 1990s right through the administration’s 13 years in power.”
