The Hull-based company won the 2011 Product of the Year award for its Aunt Bessie's Perfect for Chicken Yorkshire Puddings.
Aunt Bessie's, which makes 20 million Yorkshire Puddings a week, introduced the Perfect for Chicken variety, which contains sage and onion, in August last year.

Hide AdThe company's marketing director, Clare Field, said: "With National Yorkshire Pudding Day just round the corner on Monday, February 7, we are delighted to be recognised for our latest innovation in Yorkshire Puddings."

Product of the Year chief executive Mike Nolan said: "Product of the Year is the UK's largest public consumer survey and represents a real vote for innovation. "
