What was your first job?

I was 13 and it was delivering free newspapers on a Thursday night.

If not in your present job what would you like to be?

Something exotic and relaxing – a marine biologist on a remote desert island would be nice.

What would be your ideal day out of the office?

It would be getting ready for a holiday on the remote desert island.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

I’m definitely going to play the romance card here and say my fiancée, Amy.

What was your best subject at school?

Business studies.

What are your hobbies?

At the moment I run, read and cook, but if you ask me again in a month’s time you will probably get a completely different answer.

What’s your top time-saving tip?

Work faster.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

I would like several houses in exotic locations and several cars.

What is your favourite garment and why?

My new running shoes– they are like gloves for my feet.

What was your worst mistake and why?

I’ve always tried to convince people I don’t make mistakes.

What is your favourite time of day and why?

Probably between seven and eight in the evening when I get to sit down to some good home-cooked food.

What is the best thing about being in business in Yorkshire?

Contrary to popular belief, we do still make things in Yorkshire and Loadhog’s products are perfect for manufacturers.

What would you like your epitaph to be?

This may sound a bit odd, but I really wouldn’t like one. If my family and friends would like one for me then I really don’t want to know what it would say.
