What was your first job?

I was a paperboy. It wasn’t worth it.

If you weren’t in your current position, what would you be doing?

Sales because I naturally enjoy that side of my role

What was your worst mistake?

An ex-girlfriend, buying a sports car without checking it out thoroughly and a choice of flatmate all spring to mind.

What’s you ideal day away from the office?

Preferably in a tropical climate, even if it’s just for the day.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

Michael Jackson. I’d always wanted to see him and I had tickets to his last concert.

What was your best subject at school?

English. You could get the answer wrong but still get lots of marks for sounding like you knew what you were talking about.

What are your hobbies?

Football – watching and playing – gym, eating and drinking out.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

Re-invest all of the money back into Benchmark Recruit.

What is your favourite item of clothing?

My leather jacket – I wear it quite a lot

What’s your favourite time of day?

Evening, between seven and 10.30ish.

What’s the best thing about Yorkshire?

The people.
