Hide AdScott Watson, founder and managing director of Summit, said: "The standard of corporate management development in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region varies significantly, and our partnership with KNZ will help to address that issue and create a more level playing field for aspiring managers of the future."
He added: "The major problem in the management education sector is that training and development programmes are usually bought off the shelf – a kind of 'one size fits all' approach. That simply doesn't add value to the client and certainly isn't the way Summit operates."
Summit has trained and supported more than 10,000 executives from companies across the globe, including DHL, GE and Radisson Hotels.
The company is working with UK Trade and Investment to expand its global operation, using the Targeted Export Support Scheme Gateway to Global Growth and other services to identify new markets and attend key networking events.
