Top Screen Media brings deals to National Express customers

Top Screen Media has completed a deal with National Express, to provide kiosks for customers to access local deals.

The company, which is a tenant at the Leeds Digital Hub, has provided its Offerpod systems for five stations on the National Express coach network.

The ‘giant iPod’-style kiosks aim to boost customer engagement and footfall by giving relevant information and offers for the areas around the coach company’s Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Southampton terminals.

Passengers can also download an app, giving access to real time exclusive offers and deals.

Top Screen Media chief executive Achille Traore said: “It’s a great pleasure to work with such a forward-thinking company as National Express.

“The introduction of Wi-Fi on their coaches was a real draw as it means we are able to keep customers entertained and up to date with all the latest offers for the duration of their journey providing a perfect travel companion.”

The deal is one of a series of high-profile contracts Top Screen Media has secured in recent months.

In February, The Yorkshire Post reported that the business, which specialises in customer engagement technology, had been appointed to create a digital strategy for New York’s World Trade Centre. The firm also works with Leeds City Council, Ladbrokes, Alton Towers and Hotels.com.

It joined the Leeds Digital Hub, an initiative from Leeds Beckett University and The Yorkshire Post, in late 2014.
