Voice opens outlet in New Zealand

YORKSHIRE call recording specialist Liquid Voice has expanded its operation with the opening of an operation in New Zealand.

The Leeds-based company, which has doubled its number of UK staff from 10 to 20 in the last year, has created four new jobs with the new overseas office.

The firm provides call monitoring, quality assurance and associated workforce productivity products and services. Co-founder Chris Berry said: “Previously, we were reluctant to extend ourselves to meet an increasingly global demand for our services.

“Over the last year, however, our strategic intention to strengthen our business infrastructure has been realised to meet a two-fold increase in annual sales, primarily from the UK.

“We have doubled our UK staff with specialised technical, support, installation and sales resources now on board.

“This now gives us the confidence to expand overseas from a secure base.”

Headed by Andrew Barrett, who started Liquid Voice in the UK with Chris Berry, the New Zealand business will service the growing demand from organisations in Australasia.

Mr Barrett said: “The New Zealand team is coming together quickly at our new offices. I’m excited by this new challenge and the opportunity to bring Liquid Voice’s solutions to a new market.”
