“We have recruited an extra 25 people to the ‘In-Play’ trading department, taking the headcount to 85. We envisage expanding the team by a similar number next year, hence the need for further space,” said Terry Pattinson, group trading director at William Hill.

William Hill employs more than 3,000 people in Yorkshire, including over 1,300 people in Leeds. Property company DTZ acted on behalf of owner of St Johns Office, Hermes Real Estate Investment Management. William Hill was represented internally.
