Courtyard of farm buildings in need of restoration for sale in North Yorkshire for £500,000

A courtyard of traditional farm buildings with scope for residential or amenity use, subject to planning permission, has come to market in North Yorkshire for offers over half a million pounds.

The buildings and yard have historically been utilised for agricultural storage on the edge of Westow near Malton, which lies between the Howardian Hills AONB and the Yorkshire Wolds.

John Coleman, head of country house and farm sales at GSC Grays said: “Manor Farm is in the heart of rural North Yorkshire and the farm buildings are currently used for agricultural storage purposes and are centred around an attractive traditional stone range. Modern farm buildings have been added in later years to enhance the functionality of the farm.”

Buildings are stone with traditional pantile roofs and require reinstatement work while steel-portal framed buildings include purpose-built grain and machinery stores.
