Success for all ages
STUDENTS of all ages have helped Hull College to secure a 99 per cent pass rate in this summer’s GCSEs.
David Brazier, 63, arrived alongside fellow students yesterday to discover he had passed his maths exam. Dr Elaine McMahon, college principal and chief executive, said: “We’re delighted to have increased our pass rate to 99 per cent – it follows our record-breaking 100 per cent pass rate in the A-Level exams. I’d like to take the opportunity to congratulate all of our students and tutors on the results.”
