Recipe: Apple Gimlet
With lockdown and the number of Zoom calls going on, there has been an upsurge in the popularity of cocktails. For something a bit different, Jazz apple growers have come up with a selection of mouth-watering cocktails. Why not try this Jazz Gimlet?
Ingredients
50ml Gin
1 Jazz Apple – juiced
Juice of one lime
Sprig of thyme
Ice
Method
Add the gin, lime juice and apple juice to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon and a sprig of thyme.
