Decorate your house in the manner of a stately home

A leading interiors specialist has unveiled its new creative hub '“ in the grounds of a Yorkshire iconic stately home.

One of Yorkshire's leading interiors specialists is extending its service to give clients even more access to its high-quality designs, with a new creative hub in a stunning location.

Websters Interiors works hand in hand with homeowners to help re-model, extend and create the property of their dreams, which reflects their lifestyle and taste.

Its designers have access to thousands of different textiles and patterns and work closely with planners, architects, suppliers and craftspeople to ensure the final results are to the highest standards.

Now the firm is set to open its design studio in the stunning surroundings of Harewood Estate to clients.

The Harewood Estate base – a stone's throw from the grandeur of Harewood House - has been used by Websters Interiors' design directors Clare Simms and Sarah Whatmore for several years.

However growing demand from clients – some of whom have been known to invest six figure sums on redesigning and extending their home – has led to the studio to be remodelled to create a comfortable setting for them to spend time with the team as they design their home.

It also means that clients have access to the firm's extensive collection of pattern books. To work with a qualified interior designer to discuss their requirements amid the beautiful setting of the stately home grounds.

The Harewood Estate creative hub – which clients visit by appointment only - complements Websters Interiors original base in Brighouse, where it has been established for over 40 years.

The two sites will operate in tandem, giving homeowners from across the county easy access to the Websters Interiors' expert team.

Websters Interiors has one of the largest pattern rooms in the country, with designs which range from traditional to cutting edge contemporary and extensive links with producers which mean virtually any pattern can be sourced.

Its staff of 15 work with highly skilled craftsmen and architects to deliver stunning bespoke designs and furniture which reflect the style and needs of their clients.

According to designer Sarah, the Harewood Estate studio will give clients the opportunity to meet their design team in relaxing surroundings.

“We're very excited to be able to offer this new space to work with our clients to discuss ideas, to work on plans and see them through to completion.

“The client can come, and spend time looking through our pattern books and chat about their plans – whether it's a master bedroom suite, a games room, swimming pool or creating new flexible open plan space in their home.

“We have a tradition of liaising closely with clients in order to create a design that brings ideas to realisation.”

Websters Interiors has evolved over more than 40 years, from interior decorators to a service able to offer a complete remodelling of a home. Today the firm works with clients, planners and architects to create new living spaces and realign existing space to provide the kind of lifestyle that suits the occupants.

“The beauty of our work is that it is diverse,” adds Sarah. “Projects can vary from Grade I listed manor houses to contemporary glazed new builds.

“We are not biased toward a particular theme or design, our approach is diverse, our aim is to create exceptional spaces, whether that's traditional, contemporary or something more eclectic.

“It's important to make sure what we create reflects the client's lifestyle and personality. We're very conscious that once we've finished the job and left, it's their home – so it has to be a space they feel comfortable with and can enjoy for the long term.”
