LUXURY breaks are set to return with plans well underway to safely re-open Dunsley Hall Country House Hotel after lockdown - hopefully from July 4.

It's all subject to Government guidelines and announcements.

The hotel, a haven on the North Yorkshire Coast Sandsend, Whitby, is currently closed due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

But as soon as it can re-open guests are assured of a safe, clean environment as they look forward to the Country House experience.

Set on the stunning North Yorkshire coast, Dunsley Hall is nestled in the landscape where the countryside meets the sea.

The hotel was a shipbuilder's retreat, built in 1900 as a family residence and many of the original architectural details, such as stained glass windows, an inglenook fireplace and oak wood paneling are still there for you to enjoy.

Dunsley Hall has a professional team who are now working on preparing to welcome guests to the hotel .They are trained in the enhanced service and cleaning protocols required to ensure that your stay is both memorable and safe.

Its spacious private dining Oak Room, Terrace dining room and extensive outdoor terrace are ideal settings for family gatherings or intimate al fresco dining while having plenty of space to allow for self-distancing.

The Butler Trays and white glove service has been created so that food is served directly from the kitchen with minimum handling.
