Appeal after woman seriously hurt in Sheffield crash
Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian suffered serious injuries following a collision in Sheffield.
At around 8pm on Friday a 52-year-old woman was in collision with a red BMW hatchback on Abbeydale Road, near the junction with Thirlmere Road.
The woman was taken to hospital suffering serious head injuries.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision.
Anyone with information is asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 872 of 23 January 2015.
