The pair are accused of breaking into a garage and stealing power tools - including a grinder and a bit set along with various other items - worth around £770.

Magistrates heard that the offence was alleged to have happened at around 4am on Sunday, April 14.

Attending police officers called to the area in Bradford stopped a vehicle, allegedly containing the defendants, and when officers looked inside they allegedly found items connected with the burglary.

The court heard that all items stolen have since been recovered.

Both men will have to appear at court again.

Frayne, formerly of Bradford but now of Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire is to appear for trial at Bradford Magistrates Court on July 17.
