Big exhibition that thinks small

IT is an exhibition that proves that the best things really do come in small packages.

The Eighth British International Mini Print Exhibition is currently being staged at Barnsley Civic and Helen Ball, the chief executive of the gallery, is pictured admiring some of the 200 small-scale works which have been produced by artists from across the world.

The touring exhibition which is being organised by the Printmakers Council includes the small prints selected by open competition from more than 1,000 international entries.
