Boy, 11, seriously ill after being hit by a car in Brough
An 11 year-old boy is in a serious condition in hospital after being struck by a car in Brough.
The boy suffered a head injury in the collision which happened as he crossed Welton Road at 5pm yesterday.
He remains in hospital today, police said.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact Humberside Police on 101 quoting log 421 of April 15.
