Cat decapitated in yob attack
A PET cat was decapitated by yobs before its head was stuck on a firework stick and the animal then dumped in a cardbox box.
Owner Norman Davies, 38, found his cat Tiger dumped in a field in Mexborough, South Yorkshire, two weeks after the animal went missing.
The cat's head had been severed and a stick from a firework rocket had been pushed into it.

Hide Ad"What kind of sick people what do something like that to a poor defenceless animal?" he asked.
"I would urge people to keep close control of their pets."
An RSPCA spokesman said such cases can carry a six-month prison term.
