Centre invests in new water sports facility

The cash injection will allow Kingswood to continue to invest in enhanced activity equipment and the rejuvenation of teacher and student accommodation.

Plans for the new programme of investment include upgraded climbing towers, outdoor problem solving, the development of Bushcraft activities at a number of centres and the introduction of a water sports facility at Dearne Valley.

Dearne Valley also now has a hands-on, water’s edge outdoor classroom.

The chief executive of Education Travel Group, John Bentley, said: “We want to give both new and returning guests an enjoyable and exciting stay and provide them with the best possible facilities.”
