Cheryl Cole and Will.i.am injured in LA car crash

Pop stars Cheryl Cole and Will.i.am have been injured in a car crash.

The pair were left with whiplash after the minor accident in Los Angeles, which occurred early yesterday after they left a studio following a long recording session.

According to reports, Will.i.am was driving a Cadillac which hit a parked car while his best friend Cole was in the passenger seat.

Both quickly assured fans they were fine.

Will.i.am tweeted: “We’re fine. Cheryl Cole (and I) were coming back from the studio but she and I are fine ... just a little wiplash.”

Cole added: “Don’t worry me and @iamwill are fine, promise x”

According to reports, Will.i.am suffered a nosebleed from an inflating airbag while Cole may have struck her head on the dashboard.
