Clegg to face own question time

Nick Clegg, seen above with Prime Minister David Cameron walking to the Houses of Parliament yesterday, is to get his own Deputy Prime Minister's question time, with a monthly 30-minute slot on Tuesday afternoons in the Commons chamber.

The first will be held on Tuesday June 22, with the next on July 27. Prime Minister's question time will continue to be held on Wednesdays at noon and next week Mr Cameron will face his first despatch box grilling since the coalition Government was formed.

Gordon Brown has stood down, so Mr Cameron will square up to acting Labour leader Harriet Harman until a new leader is elected.
