The body of a woman found in North Yorkshire has been confirmed as missing 25-year-old Zoe Zaremba.

Zoe was reported missing from her home in Aiskew on Saturday, June 13.

The police helicopter, police dog units and local volunteers were involved in extensive searches to find her.

North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that her body was found near Bedale on Sunday, June 21.

A police spokesperson said: "Our thoughts are with Zoe’s family and friends at this very sad time.

"We would like to thank the members of the public who shared our appeal for information and assisted with the searches for Zoe."
