Knifeman escapes with cash from Leeds travel agents

The man, wielding a knife, demanded money from two female workers at the Co-opertaive Travel shop on Town Street in Horsforth.

He escaped with what police said was a “substantial amount” of cash, including euros, at about 4.45pm yesterday (Thursday).

The robber was described as white, in his 30s and wearing jeans and a dark hooded top. He was carrying a plastic Aldi supermarket bag.
